Quality Line Leader

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop process control plans, process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, work instructions and procedures.
  • Apply SPC tools, compile statistical data, perform process capability analysis, calibration coordination, construct charts and graphs, creating FAI reports, and processing non-conforming material.
  • Interface with customers and suppliers to identify areas for improvement and resolve existing quality related issues. Summarize and issue written reports as necessary.
  • Participate in internal and external quality system audits.
  • Utilize the corrective action process to improve departmental and business performance. Assist in driving issues to closure.
  • Initiate profiles and monitor internal inspection process database.
  • This is a crucial role within manufacturing. Our circuit board assemblies perform critical functions in medical, military, aerospace, and commercial applications.

 

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship (we do some government work)
  • A positive work ethic and attitude.
  • ISO 9001:2015 experience.
  • IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-J-STD-001 certifications preferred.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing inspection.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Associates Degree in Quality Control preferred, but not required.

SMT Process Technician

Job Responsibilities

  • Program Mycronic pick an place machines
  • Program stencil printers
  • Program AOI’s (automatic optical inspection)
  • Work with six others in the manufacturing engineer department as well as numerus manufacturing employees.
  • Tackles complex manufacturing engineering problems by conducting process analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on all machines and equipment
  • Set up equipment, operation of equipment, and training of operators to safely operate equipment.

Qualifications

  • A 2-year degree or equivalent experience in related environment
  • Experience in electronics assembly or design preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.
  • Knowledge to use Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in a hands-on approach
  • US citizen (we do some government work)

Line Leader

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct support of Manufacturing Manager as well as company policies, goals and initiatives.
  • Assists in organizing, troubleshooting, scheduling and overseeing manufacturing operations within assigned department.
  • Departmental inventory control and accountability.
  • Maintains department’s safety measures and labeling.
  • Ensures departmental quality control, productivity, efficiencies and utilization.
  • Maintains and processes all departmental administrative documents.
  • Assists Engineering and Sales Departments with manufacturing process issues.
  • Assists Manufacturing Manager with internal and external interviews related to the department.
  • Provides input to the Manufacturing Manager on team members’ annual performance reviews.

Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is motivated to learn and capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced electronics environment and is able to multi-task and prioritize time and work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Insert by hand components into the correct circuit designation on printed circuit boards
  • Solder wires into printed circuit boards
  • Assemble and test wiring harness systems
  • Utilize hand soldering irons and tools to repair, rework and build parts
  • Meet all standard production rates
  • Other related duties as required in manufacturing department

Qualifications

  • Good eyesight, good work habits, mechanical aptitude, basic computer knowledge
