Phelps, N.Y. (USA) – Z-AXIS has hired Carmen Sapp, an experienced customer service professional, as its new Sales Manager. Carmen brings 26 years of customer service experience to the Rochester-area company, which provides electronic design and manufacturing services all under one roof. Z-AXIS was founded in 1989 and is locally owned and managed.
“I’ve hired a lot of Sales Manager over the years, but I’ve finally found the right person for the job,” said Michael Allen, Z-AXIS’ President. “Customers wanted to be served rather than sold to”, Allen explained, “and Carmen’s experience and focus on customer service makes her ideal for her role with us.”
Carmen joined Z-AXIS in February and combines a dedication to customer service with a skilled approach to operations and management. She is also a strong information technology professional and a graduate of the Ray-Vogue College of Design in Chicago, Illinois. Before joining Z-AXIS, Carmen was a site manager for Calvin Klein and a Store Leader for Kate Spade New York.
