Z-AXIS can assemble coaxial, tri-axial and multilayered cables and with single or multi-strand wire crimps and ferrules. We also provide heat shrink labeling, overmolded strain relief, and automated continuity testing
Cutting and Stripping Wire and Cable
Z-AXIS cuts and strips wires with automated, programmable equipment and uses multi-level stripping to prepare cables for assembly. Other electronic contract manufacturers use hand tools or manual equipment, but Z-AXIS is also different because we test most of the cables we provide.
