Electronics Buyer

Job Responsibilities

  • Review Material Requirements and take appropriate actions required to meet material needs for production.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers to ensure best possible pricing and lead-times.
  • Assist in the resolution of supplier Issues and follow up.
  • Assist in maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records (manual and within the ERP system).
  • Expedite and maintain purchase orders.
  • Support internal customers.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement of purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Other related duties as required by the Purchasing Manager.

Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation, networking and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of an ERP driven platform.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent.

Manufacturing Mechanic

Job Description:
We are looking for an Manufacturing Mechanic to support installation and maintenance of equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain process equipment with routine maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance on all machines and equipment then enter details into a preventative maintenance database
Troubleshooting facility and production equipment independently and by being resourceful by calling external experts for help.
Assist in set up and installation of new equipment, operation of equipment, and training of operators to safely operate equipment
Physical facilities maintenance

Qualifications:
• Mechanic Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Handy with tools and have a good mechanical aptitude
• Have good working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to lift up to 50-lbs
• Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.
• Knowledge to use Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interest in a hand on approach

Line Leader

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct support of Manufacturing Manager as well as company policies, goals and initiatives.
  • Assists in organizing, troubleshooting, scheduling and overseeing manufacturing operations within assigned department.
  • Departmental inventory control and accountability.
  • Maintains department’s safety measures and labeling.
  • Ensures departmental quality control, productivity, efficiencies and utilization.
  • Maintains and processes all departmental administrative documents.
  • Assists Engineering and Sales Departments with manufacturing process issues.
  • Assists Manufacturing Manager with internal and external interviews related to the department.
  • Provides input to the Manufacturing Manager on team members’ annual performance reviews.
  • Ensures internal and external departmental operational communication.
  • Coordinates departmental efficiency improvements.

Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is motivated to learn and capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced electronics environment and is able to multi-task and prioritize time and work.

  • Insert by hand components into the correct circuit designation on printed circuit boards
  • Solder wires into printed circuit boards
  • Assemble and test wiring harness systems
  • Utilize hand soldering irons and tools to repair, rework and build parts
