YESTech YTV B3 dual automated optical inspection (AOI) systems identify defects such as missing, wrong or misaligned components; bent leads and defective solder connections. They can be quickly re-programmed to support fast change-over. Paperless defect tracking streamlines rework and enables continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Raytheon/SPI Palm IR-225 thermal imager facilitates design verification and redesign by detecting potential trouble spots on a board or system.

Lynx vision systems has fiber optic light rings for brightest image in visual inspections.

Fischerscope x-ray fluorescence spectrometer is used to ensure RoHS compliance of incoming materials and for in-process quality control.
