Glenbrook Technologies jewel box 70 T x-ray for BGA and multilayer board inspection.

 
YESTech YTV B3 automated optical inspection (AOI) system  identifies defects such as missing, wrong or misaligned components; bent leads and defective solder connections. It can be quickly re-programmed to support fast change-over.

Raytheon/SPI Palm IR-225 thermal imager facilitates design verification and redesign by detecting potential trouble spots on a board or system.

Lynx vision systems has fiber optic light rings for brightest image in visual inspections.

Fischerscope x-ray fluorescence spectrometer is used to ensure RoHS compliance of incoming materials and for in-process quality control.

Schleuniger high-throughput wire cutter/stripper is digitally programmable for fast change-over.

Speedline Technologies stencil printer with imaging system for repeatable results. We routinely produce boards for 0201 components.

MYDATA MY9e MySynergy SMT line (dual) offers quick change-over and online component testing. 

Conceptronics 60 reflow oven is qualified for multiple processes including fine-pitch, double-sided, lead-free (RoHS) boards.

Vitronics Soltec Delta lead-free wave solder with computer control allows us to store and quickly set up the best process for each board.

Westek orbital aqueous cleaner is a high-throughput, closed-loop DI-water board washer.

OKI (Metcal) BGA and SMT rework station allows us to repair or upgrade your existing boards - and extend your product lifecycle.

Dual 80-watt CO2 laser for IC de-marking and customization of electromechanical assemblies, from laser-cut plastic enclosures to engraving of logos, serial numbers and other markings.
