Z-AXIS Inc., a division of Video Display Corporation (NASDAQ:VIDE), provides quality design, prototyping and manufacturing services for complex electronic products and electromechanical assemblies.

We offer fast design turnaround, competitive NRE charges, rapid production and low freight costs from our ISO 9001:2008 certified design and manufacturing facility near Rochester, New York.

We also design, manufacture and sell commercial and industrial products under our BEAR Power Supplies, Boundless Technologies and Display Concepts brands.

History

Z-AXIS has a long history of custom electronics design and high-quality manufacturing for commercial, medical, military and industrial customers. Founded in 1989 to offer a unique line of rugged video display monitors, the company diversified in the late 1990s into contract electronics design and manufacturing services.

Building on our design and manufacturing expertise, we introduced the BEAR Power Supplies line of industrial, commercial and medical power supplies in 2005. In 2008, we acquired the Display Concepts line of high-brightness replacement monitors for ATMs and the Boundless Technologies text terminal and thin client business.

Facilities

Our modern, 32,000 square foot design and manufacturing center is centrally located between Rochester and Syracuse in western New York. With design engineering, manufacturing, sales and administration all under one roof, we offer:
